Invitation to Presenters
Presenters are cordially invited to present topics on broad scopes of technology and innovation in various fields of applications. They are requested to provide a synopsis of their presentation and their curriculum vitae (CV) in a format as attached and will be displayed in electronic posters during the symposium.
Soft copy materials of power point presentation on the topics they will be presenting and attendance reply slip are also requested to be submitted to the secretariat of the symposium. Presenters are encouraged to provide their name cards of reasonable quantities which will be placed in name card boxes at the information counters of the symposium for free distribution to participants.
Presenters will be given a total time frame of about 15 minutes to present their topics plus up to 10 minutes of questions and answers (Q&A) session. As for the keynote presentation, a total time frame of 30 minutes is allocated plus up to about 15 minutes of Q&A session. All hard copy and soft copy materials provided by the presenters will be kept in depository of the symposium by the organiser. Presenters and participants will be awarded with certificates of appreciation and attendance respectively.

Invitation to Sponsorship and Contribution
Sponsorship and contribution from organisations and individuals in monetary forms or in kinds are very much sought and welcomed. Major sponsorship and contribution would be given a slot of 5 minutes of multimedia commercial advertisements for multiple sponsorship and contribution of RM 5000 and will be played during preludes in between the presentation in the symposium and also will be displayed at electronic screens placed around the venue of the symposium.
Major sponsors of this category are requested to provide the multimedia materials of commercial advertisements of their organisations to the secretariat of the symposium. List of all sponsors and contributors will also be displayed in electronic posters during the symposium.
Invitation to Exhibition
Sponsors and individual organisations are invited to conduct exhibition of their companies and set up their own booths at the foyer of the university and at spaces around the venue of the symposium. Sponsors and contributor of worth RM 5000 and above will be free of charge. Non-sponsor exhibitors will be charged RM 500.
Papers by Presenters
